About National Landlords Association Cumbria
National Landlords Association Cumbria started life as the North Cumbria Landlords Association, which was
founded to encourage high standards of rental accommodation in North Cumbria and supply a network of support
for local landlords and is ideal for people who are looking for student accommodation in Carlisle and
Penrith, and at the various other sites within the University of Cumbria
The North Cumbria Landlords Association merged with the National Landlords Association in 2007, to become the National Landlords Association Cumbria.
All our houses, flats, bedsits and rooms are Council inspected where required, and several of our
landlords specialise in student shared houses.
